Photographer, designer, dreamer, traveller...just call me a creator of things...so many things to explore.

Yes, I am a professional Photographer - studied Photography at art school many years ago. During my study I started as Commercial Studio Photographer and also worked in some photo stores.  After a while I started as a Medical Photographer at 2 hospitals and freelance Photographer for some local newspapers.

Running after some bullshit news and taking pictures of it day after day wasn't the kind of Photography I wanted to do for the rest of my life....but respect for those who do.
To be a Medical Photographer was back in the early 90's a nice job to do. Learned a lot and the team I worked with was great. But at some point, my head and sometimes my stomach couldn't handle all the less beautiful things a Medical Photographer get in front of his/her lens anymore...so I quit. But to start a new Photo Studio was no option without some good funding and a big room.

In 1995 I started my own company and combined Photography, Graphic design and Printing. Did some Graphic design studies (not really worth mentioning) and started to make leaflets, brochures, websites etc. etc. and I am still doing this. Got great clients for whom I still may work with great joy.

At the end of the 90's a former fellow student from Art School and I started a 2nd company specialized in making full spherical 360° images for websites. We had clients like Renault, Ford, Brand / Heineken, Dommelsch / AB Inbev, Amels Holland, KLM, Air Excel, Privat Air, Amrâth group, etc. We even were a small supplier for several years of the Swiss Formula 1 team: Red Bull Sauber Petronas (now known as Alfa Romeo Racing). We did it, we saw it all. The highs and the lows. We even started a 3rd company: ALL4 - professional Photography tools - which is still up and running and managed by me..

Early 2018 I realized I had to make a next step, I needed more space. Improving myself, eager to learn new things, finally do the things I like to do the most and bring many ideas to life. I started to look for a room which could house my old dream...my own Photo Studio. Finally found it early 2019 at Carbon6 in booming art city Heerlen (Netherlands) and next to the already famous "Maankwartier". Only 3 minutes walk from the city centre.

My style? Difficult to say... Classic, classy, naughty, provocative, funny, fancy, glamorous, dark, mysterious or whatever comes to my mind or whatever mood I'm in. I don't want to follow the latest trends...when you do, you'll always walk several steps behind.

Together I like to brainstorm about a certain look, feel of how you want the image to look like. Try to be different!

Try me! Maybe I like you too... :-)
TRY ME

S E R V I C E S

Photography

Main focus:
- interior - products - food - landscap - architecture - leisure / lifestyle / travel - 360°

Design

Web and Graphic design: leaflets - brochures - logo - letters - websites - social media. Or even outdoor advertising.

Printing

I do not print myself. But in the past 20 years I build up a good network of both digital and offset printers. From high quality letterpress to high volume rotary printing  and everything in between on every sort of paper that fits your (brand) ID the best.

Branding

Explore new boundaries, try something new, be open minded, be the one they can't overlook. I can help to create your own ID. Photography / video, graphic and or web design and printing can all be a part of your new ID.

Copywriting

I am a very bad writer. That's why I work together with some nice ladies who can write 10 times better than me.
PS. the text on this website was made by me, myself and I...so... blame me.

Art work

Although I studied at art school and became a so called artist...I really hate the word. But nevertheless I sell the images I make as fine art prints. You can put them on your toilet wall or collect my work. Maybe I will become very famous in the future...when I've passed away.
